NVTA leverages the negotiated United Road Service’s towing rates throughout the U.S., which are better than an individual carrier could get on their own. To get a quote and/or arrange a tow the carrier only needs to call our Roadside Assistance hotline (number provided upon joining as a Plus or Premium member). Our customer service team will handle scheduling the tow, invoicing, and follow-up.
